The client was subject to a strict deadline for migration of London and European offices to a new domain and upgrade from Office 2016/365 and Windows 7/10 following a de-merger of Hill International.

Engaged to lead domain migration/upgrade project. Assessed requirements; sourced and coordinated delivery of devices; resolved ‘showstopper’ project blocker related to time taken to migrate each device; oversaw migration scheduling/laptop builds; and coordinated user scheduling for login and setup.

Succeeded in completing migration and update on schedule with no interruption to BAU.
